I recently sailed 1100 NM with Helen north across the Pacific from New Zealand to Tonga, with 3 days of hand steering thrown in.   No moans, no groans, and always on watch on time.  She sailed the yacht to its best and always listened to her feedback.  No worries from a sailing perspective.

Enthusiastic, positive, entertaining, successfully completing projects generated from a variety of interests - that is Helen for me. I have been racing with Helen as part of a team and also with her as a skipper during two seasons on her own boat in the Women's Racing Series in Auckland, New Zealand. She is great on a boat - capable to do the job with fantastic communication skills.  At the time she formed a motivated team out of beginners and just made sailing fun. I have been sailing with many different people in the last 17 years and Helen is one of my favourite people to go sailing with. You won't regret having her on board.
